Camp & Accommodation Types All camps are self-catering, however catering can be
arranged at some camps, depending on the size of the
group. The main camps have restaurants, shops, petrol
and laundromats. See specific camps for more information.
The accommodation facilities are divided into categories
namely Main Camps (12), Bushveld Camps (5), Satellite
Camps (4) and Bush Lodges (2).
Most of the main camps have camping facilities or a
camping area. Some main camps also have safari style
tents. Falling under the satellite camps, there is a
tented camp (Tamboti - with safari style tents) and
a camp where you could pitch your own tent or pull your
caravan or motorhome (Maroela).
All camps have power (some smaller camps have solar
power), hot and cold water. All camps have an electric
fence around the perimeter except Boulders Private Camp,
which is built on stilts. All accommodation facilities
are serviced daily by cleaning staff. Bedding is supplied.
Cooking utensils, kitchens and refrigeration is available
in most of the accommodation units.

There are two hides or shelters at waterholes, where visitors

and Shipandani near Mopanie. Although it is an experience
close to nature, it is only for the real enthusiast as
there are no facilities and accommodation is really very
basic.
Tariffs
Tariffs of all accommodation depend on the type of accommodation
units, amount of persons per unit, amenities or facilities
in the units and the locality of the units (e.g. views
or no views etc.)
All tariffs are specified in South African Rands. Conservation
fees are extra and payable either when making a reservation,
at the gate of entry, or at the specific camp of accommodation.
