DESTINATIONS
|
Our destinations include the following:
General Areas
Travel through South Africa and visit the many scenic
and cultural attractions, sites, museums and other places
of interest along the way.
SA National Parks
There are 22 National Parks throughout South Africa
and each one offers different systems landscapes activities
and a variety of wildlife unique to the specific park.
Of all these National Parks, the Kruger National Park
is the largest.
Transfrontier Parks
This is a new concept in the world. South Africa has no
less than six parks straddling the borders with Namibia,
Botswana Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho,
jointly administered with the country concerned. Most
of the areas have only very recently been proclaimed and
are still in the developing stages. They are relatively
remote and unspoilt by human encroachment. These are unique
areas with vast tracts of pristine wilderness. Here you
can experience the essence of Africa where wildlife still
moves freely across political borders and nature rules
supreme.
Wildlife and Nature Areas
There is a wide spectrum of wildlife and nature areas,
ranging from snow-clad mountains to subtropical coastal
regions. These areas also include private game and nature
reserves and are ideal destinations for the numerous adventure
activities on offer in South Africa. Guided Wilderness
Trails, hiking trails, horse-riding trails and river rafting
are some of the many options available.
Coastal Regions
South Africa’s extensive coastline of about 3000
kilometres offers many opportunities for swimming, fishing,
surfing, and yachting. Explore the hidden world beneath
the surface of the sea, by snorkelling and scuba diving.
Take part in the adventure activities on offer or just

from the rest of the world in the many small coastal towns
and resorts.
