ABOUT AUOB COUNTRY LODGE
Auob Country Lodge (rated 3 stars), a green oasis in the
Kalahari landscape, is situated on the banks of the dry Auob
river.
It is approximately 190km from the Mata-Mata gate to the
Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and 130km south east of Mariental.
Close to Gochas, either on your way to or coming from the
Fish river Canyon, while passing the Quiver Tree Forest, Giants
Playground and Singing Stones you will find a green oasis
in the Kalahari.
Our reserve hosts a variety of antelope species which makes
for an exciting game drive combined with a sun-downer on the
red Kalahari dunes as the sun sets over the horizon.
