Our two branches are wildlifesouthafrica.com (our website) and Safari Link CC (administrative and operational).
We have actively been involved in tourism and wildlife for more than 20 years, with extensive experience especially in accommodation reservations, destination marketing, travel, wildlife, birding and conservation. Besides these, Safari Link has planned and conducted numerous personalised safaris and designed specialised tour packages for the local and primarily the international markets.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
Listing on our Accommodation pages:
- Supply 3 to 6 lines of text and an applicable photo / logo of your venue
- Supply us with one or two photos that best depict your venue
Full page advertisement:
Text
- Please supply us with all details of your accommodation facilities, services, all activities, outdoor adventures, interesting facts and features, marine life details, nature and wildlife details, birding etc. Also supply your latest tariffs, your web address, e-mail address and other contact details
- We will edit the contents to fit on the page in a specific format
Photos
- Supply at least 12 photos in order for us to be able to choose the best
- These should include photos of your accommodation facilities (interior and exterior), activities at your venue, outdoor adventures, activities and attractions in the area, wildlife, birding, nature, marine life, etc.
The photos should be:
- 72 dpi not more than 150 dpi
- 250 pixels wide (preferably)
- .jpg format
- Clear, full colour and of the best quality
PROCEDURE
- Please send the text and photos either by E-mail or should you prefer, perhaps for better photo quality, mail a CD
- On receipt of your text and photos we shall proceed with the designing and placing of your advertisement
- Alternative to the above and to simplify the procedure, we could use text and photos from your own website, if possible
- Once we have placed your advertisement we shall contact you
- You will have seven days to suggest any changes after which it will be finalised and you will be send an invoice
ADVERTISING RATES
- Special Rates - until July 2010 we will
give you a substantial discount on our standard rates
- For our latest rates and enquiries please fill in the form at the bottom of this page and send it to us
PAYMENT DETAILS
- An invoice will be rendered to you with our banking details included
- Full payment for the year must be made to us not later than seven days after finalisation and first placement of your advertisement
- Thereafter you will receive a receipt for your payment
- Unless by prior arrangement, should payment not be made within the seven days, your advertisement will be discontinued and you will be charged for the costs incurred
PLEASE NOTE!
You are welcome to make any reasonable suggestions regarding the way you want your page advertisement to appear, which we can discuss. But in general your page advertisement will have the same format as all our full page advertisements under the heading Accommodation and the navigation link - South Africa.
